Très très déçus, nous sommes venus pour dormir après un long voyage et avons réservés cet hôtel pour se baigner, nous avions absolument besoin d'une piscine pour entrainement et besoin de bouger. Le préposé nous informe qu'il est impossible de se baigner, l'eau est trop froide problème de thermostat mais que demain 7h, ce sera ouvert. Nous lui disons que ce n'est pas un problème l'eau froide et que nous avons besoin de la piscine seulement 30 minutes, nous avons touché l'eau de la piscine et elle était vraiment parfaite. Le préposé très courtois nous dit qu'il demandera à son superviseur, nous revenons quelques minutes plus tard et il nous informe que ce n'est vraiment pas possible de revenir à 7h demain matin car si nous attrapons la grippe nous allons contaminer les voyageurs de hôtel. Voyons donc, n'importe quoi. Sérieusement une simple baignade et notre séjour aurait tellement été différent. Nous avions réservé pour le retour mais nous avons annulé car nous sommes trop déçus. Attendez-vous au minimum, manque de couvertures nous avons eu très froid dans et de service.

L’hôtel et propre et le personne là la réception vraiment motivé envers notre satisfaction. Je leur ai dit après le premier soir que les oreillers étaient trop petits et que j'avais mal dormi, à notre retour il avaient mis de meilleurs oreillers et ils en avaient mis le double. Malheureusement ils acceptent les animaux on dirait dans n'importe quel chambre ce qui peut être un avantage pour certains mais un grave inconvénient pour les allergiques et les asthmatique comme moi et je m'en suis rendu compte assez rapidement. Passé deux jours le nez bouché et a devoir utiliser mes pompes. L'autre petit point c'est la non surveillance à la piscine, si tout le monde étaient civilisé ça ne serait pas nécessaire de surveiller mais voila, tout le monde ne l'est pas. L'experience fut fort pénible avec un groupe de jeunes particulièrement mal élevé et sans supervision qui courraient partout et nous sautaient a quelques cm de la tête même si il y avait de la place pour sauter plus loin et hurlaient comme des dégénérés.

They gave us a first room, and it wasn't ready for guests. We asked for a second room, and luckily they did, but there was no working AC, no window screen, it smelled like cat pee and one of the beds was low-quality (very hard, springs could be felt though the mattress). Poor guy at the front desk did what he could to help, so I would say the service was alright considering everything. The deposit for the room (pets) was more expensive than the stay, so that was a little annoying.

We did not have any hot water on the day we arrived and on the day we checked out. When we told the attendant at the desk they did not offer any kind of response except that there was a pipe problem. They never offered any discount and seemed unconcerned.

It is at a very busy, complex intersection. I have stayed here many times over the years, however mostly because of the price. It is still my best choice for short visits to the city. Yet the building is definitely showing its age.
