Chambre propre. Par contre la douche était pas du tout conviviale. L’eau stagne dans la salle de bain (pas de différence de sol) et la grille d’évacuation est plus haute que le point bas du sol. On a dû mettre des linges au sol pour contenir la flaque d’eau.

L’établissement est bien situé et facilement accessible en voiture. Un parking est disponible malgré qu’il soit petit et payant. Cependant, l’acceui N’etait Pas très engageant et les chambres familiales sont petites. Pas de rangement pour les habits. Petit déjeuner gratuit mais très basique et peu de choix

Moyen, ne pas aller avec plus d'un enfant
- nous étions avec 2 enfants dont nous avons communiqué l'âge lors de la réservation (7 et 15 ans). Ils ont dû dormir à deux sur un minuscule canapé-lit. Salle de bains petite. Peu de place dans la chambre. Petit-déjeuner très insuffisant. Un peu loin de tout. + personnel gentil, parking sur place. Chambre propre et rénovée. Si vous êtes en couple, ça va pour une nuit, à déconseiller fortement avec 2 enfants, même petits.

Accueil de la clientèle peut mieux faire beaucoup mieux faire surtout si vous arrivez en avance de deux heures et qu’on vous dis votre chambre n’est pas prête et Qu’après une personne vous dis que si en secret!!! Aussi Bonjour je crois que c’est un mot gratuit. Mon commentaire vise plutôt une femme à l’accueil car le reste du personnel était très professionnel. « Petite 1,65m peut être cheveux châtain yeux bleue je crois madame vous pouvez mieux faire!!!!! Nourriture 3/10 désolé mais en France on mange comme des rois emplacement très loin du centre à peu près 1h avec les bouchons en voiture.

The staff were extremely helpful. We were exhausted from traveling and they worked hard to let us check in a little early. Very helpful answering any questions we had.

The hotel is ideal for any gigs at the 02 arena, as it's an easy walk. Staff were helpful and friendly throughout, and breakfast was great. Parking was £25 for 25 hours and we sorted in advance, so that was easy. After a four hour journey ( instead of 1.5 hours, due to the Blackwall Tunnel being closed southbound that weekend, which we hadn't realised) check in was swift. Unfortunately when we opened the door it was clear the room hadn't been cleaned, with unmade bed and towels on the floor. Back to be reception, where to be fair they apologised and sorted a different room - which was ready. Hotel looks a bit tired though, so whilst rooms were fine and clean it could all do with a bit of a refresh. Would stay again though just because of the location.

So convenient for the o2 , great staff at reception and wnen we had breakfast in morning it was a hearty breakfast and staff were great rooms were so lovely beds very comfortable overall a great place to stay

Excellent location for the O2 arena. Within walking distance. Room was clean and tidy and bed was really comfortable. Great self serve breakfast on offer. Reception staff welcoming and friendly.

The location was where we needed to be...we walked along the Thames Path into Greenwich and to the O2 for our show. Staff helpful and ready with a smile. Easy to recommend staying here

Perfect for O2 visit
Perfect for a visit to O2 and price was good. 10/15 mins walk. Room decent size and comfy bed. Breakfast all you would want and included in price. Staff very helpful and polite.

Much nicer than I thought. The room was really nice, fairly new renovation, modern with good view of the 02. Staff so welcoming and happy making a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was also really nice.

Value for money
Very tired property but perfect if you are attending an O2 Arena event. There is a surface car park costing £25 for 24 hrs. Breakfast was good albeit feeling like a motorway service cafe. Customer service was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly acceptable with clean white sheets and basic amenities such as a couple of tea bags and a couple of coffee sachets. Walls are thin so you can hear people in the next door room clearly. For the price is very good and I would return if I had another O2 arena event to attend.
