Mauvaise nuit car température de la chambre non réglable. Il faisait plus de 25°, impossible de dormir. Les gérants coupaient le chauffage mais le ralumaient 1h apres. Insuportable. Si vous pouvez dormir dans un four allez y, sinon fuyez. Au dela de cela, l'hotel est bien situé et le personnel est disponible.

Staff could not fault it but one shared bathroom with I have no idea how many rooms! I waited for an hour and a half to half a shower in the evening as people were going one after another. The bedroom was clean but basic bed springs on the way out. Bathroom needs some update and refurb. Area in the evening not to be explored for sure.

Un sitio bastante cercano al london tower y la zona de la city de Londres tiene escalones y no hay ascensor pero las camas son súper cómodas... Totalmente recomendable 👌👌

No es realmente un hotel, la zona es terrible. Es un lugar muy “barato”. No lo recomendaría para quedar.

Perfect location, smart small hotel all you need if on budget and travelling alone. Staff were helpful and helped with cases up stairs

Great value
Comfy room and a lot cheaper than anywhere else in London for a private room. Staff were very friendly as well

Sorry, but we had no option. Your friends were coming constantly and our guests were disturbed. Though its not fair, by the way thank you for your opinion.

Good place for short stays.
Friendly staff. Comfy and clean rooms. Good choice for a night or two stay. Slightly tricky to find as it is a single door next to the shop next to it.

The place is clean and tidy. They need to put more amenities like tissue paper, hooks, mirror in the room. Paper towel and creamer for coffee in the kitchen. They should also mention that there is no elevator. I was in the 3rd floor with 2 luggages and need to carry all my belongings upstair. Thanks to Mobin who helped carry the luggages to third floor. No helped in the morning as i was leaving the property with 2 luggages to bring down. Need to drag both one by one in the flight of stairs going down. They should take out breakfast coz they dont serve breakfast. Instead just put coffee/tea and add water also as they don't provide water. Overall my stay wasn't bad as it's near to where i want to go. But they should delete breakfast and add no lift or elevator at least coz i was dismayed when i learned i need to carry all my luggages to the 3rd foor.

Single room is on 3rd floor with steep steps not good if you have problems with mobility.kitchen for 4 rooms has no sink so only has bathroom water to fill shared kettle.no hospitality teabags or milk or breakfast for your £80 a night.only good point for me is that the manager is very friendly and helpful.

It was a room of 2x3 with no window I can look through. The tv has no power, the cable was to short to get power on it. No service for a glass or cup. Shower and toilet was dirty.

I’m in room 9 and There is noise coming off and on, not sure it’s coming whenever people use water but it’s quite loud and disturbing. Very disappointed

Pretty good place to stay.
A decent sized family room, but the bases of the beds were damaged so sunk into them. Could do with repairs. Overall, a pleasant stay though.

Bien pero falta limpieza en baños.
La habitación era amplia y estaba limpia. Fue muy cómoda para 3 personas. El staff muy amable y de gran ayuda, llegamos muy tarde por un retraso en el vuelo y no pusieron problema. El único punto negativo a destacar es la limpieza del baño, el domingo si estaba más limpio, pero aún así el suelo de la ducha no tenía buen aspecto. Hay un baño por cada planta lo cual es cómodo si el de la tuya está ocupado. El metro está a diez minutos andando.
