Hi Saida, Hope all is well. First, again for the issue with the WiFi. The password was misread by one letter that looked like a l instead of a T so that is what went wrong and when we had updated the notebook to add new information we had missed that the old WiFi details were still in the book. That was a mistake and again we apologise for that. So that information has been updated in the notebook. If we had known that your requirements for the TV needed to be in French then we would have told you that we did not have that so that you could have found a place that better fit your requirements. The TV does get more than 3 channels but you might have to move the antenna a bit to get the channels. Unfortunately, we even have to do that in our own home with getting reception of channels. We doubt that we will buy yet another new TV as it is fairly new and hardly used. In fact, the TV does have settings to change the language which we will explore more but we do not guarantee that the TV will be in languages other than English. However, we do understand your frustration if it is hard for you to understand English. We understand the hallway is narrow and that might be difficult for some. With regards to the windows the building itself is over 100 year old Victorian property. All the windows do open but some might open more easier than others and moreso because of their position (e.g. some are higher to reach) . We have had numerous guests who have opened all the windows (e.g. Kitchen, upstairs bedroom, bathroom, downstairs bathroom, downstairs bedroom, windows in the sitting room) at some point or other. With regards to spider webs. We ensure that the outside to the entrance of the apartment is clean. We do make sure that all window seals are cleaned on the inside of the apartment but we do not always clean the outside of the windows which is where there can be spider webs sometimes but not inside only on the outside of the apartment. We will try to do better with having no spider webs on the outside of the windows but again we actually don't like to disrupt them as they are outside. We do hope that you appreciated that we did buy a hair dryer as well as adapters just for you to use although again we did not advertise that we provide those things but wanted to show that we wanted you to feel comfortable so we did buy them . Thank you for being such wonderful guests. We agree that the stairway into the apartment is steep which could definitely be challenging for those with mobility challenges. We have a handrail that we have not installed because the entrance stairway is already narrow and the handrail we think would make it even more narrow to get around. We love so many of the old English architecture such as the Victorian buildings but they can be challenging when trying to modernize them a bit and keep some of their charm. We are so pleased that you had a nice visit. It was extremely warm for England during your visit and the apartment does not have air conditioning so we felt the least we could do to try to make you .
