La chambre était grande avec un coin cuisine, un grand lit et un frigo. Par contre, le sol n'était pas super propre et les meubles collaient.

The mattress looked like it was pickup off the curb. Noisy and ther was no control. Vehicles in and out with load music.. completely unsatisfied for the price charged

Clean room, Great bed! Unfortunately, there was no hot water whatsoever. The issue isn’t the hot water(although I really rely on that to start my day) it’s the matter of not having recourse to remedy any matter that may arise, be it air conditioning, no hot water for the shower, or locking yourself out and can’t reach any live person at the front desk.

We were assigned an upstairs room, but we asked for a downstairs which they did, but the room was not that clean and didnt have a remote for tv. No phone in the room to call front desk, had to go to office, they said, thar room's tv was not working but they could move us to another room. right next door. That room was a lot cleaner and seemed it had been renovated and was really nicer. The staff was very understanding and willing to accomodate us. They were nice and made our stay good.

Don't stay here!!! Terrible! Noisy!
Rooms are not soundproof. Too much loud talking outside my door both room 212 and 103 moved to. Smoke detector would alarm for no reason and never fixed Room 103. Person in nearby room took showers at 4.03 AM and woke me up two mornings in a row. Gritty crap on floor-Never bare foot here. Hot water would take 10 minutes in the shower. Small parking lot. 1 Rating!

My inly issue is the riff raff Nothing against the property, the Inn or the management and owners, all of wich are very nice and kind people. Its just lompoc as a whole. I am a traveling construction worker. If my truck gets broke into, i loose my way to make money. I have had good luck at this property so far but i fear its just a matter of time.

The only thing i had problem with was when i checked in the tv wasnt working called about said they was updating and would have it fixed it was necer fixed so i was in the for two days with no tv totally wasnt happy

Even though the property may be a little older, the rooms was clean and well equipped, bathroom was clean too. What we didn't like was the noisy water faucets, water comes out strong and thr burst of water shooting out is loud, both on the tub and on the sink, and we found the tub a little slippery, not sure if it was just the room we stayed in. Also, there was a small chair in the corner of room that looked a little too old and dirty looking (just nit-picking). We would definitely stay there again.

Bathroom has mold on the walls. The bedding and mattress has large visible stains. I couldn’t lay on the bed at all.

Right next to major grocery stores and clean!
Front desk guy was nice even with my late arrival. Had to ask avout the hot water but it was good because he said they turn the water heaters down to conserve during the slow season. I like that! Def would stay again.

Room is not what was pictured on the website. It's a basic room with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, not the kitchenette like is in the picture. Everything was clean and comfortable which is all I ask of a budget hotel. It's a good place to stay. Staff were friendly.

Across the street from Dutch Bros.
Staff was nice. The room is no frills but met my expectations with this being a Budget Inn. Best thing is that it's across the street from Dutch Bros!

Although the property itself appeared rather old (parking lot was degraded), the room had clearly had a lot of work done, like new flooring and tile in the bath. I had a great first impression of the room and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is personable and charming. I only have the shower to complain about. It took about 10 minutes of letting the water run before it got warm enough to get in, and the shower head was so high and blew a sort of mist, that by the time it touched my skin, the temperature was barely tolerable. It was a chilly shower.

Fair place to stay
I needed a good rate. This hotel was able to provide it. I had a quiet/comfortable stay & check in was pleasant. Some upgrades are needed at this hotel; but again if need a good/fair rate, this is the place!! Best Wishes everyone.
