« Great location. The kitchen has all the appliances you can need. The bed was comfortable and check in/out was smooth. Only issue is the bathtub is slick and really should have a nonskid. Also, the balcony is connected with the other two rental units so not very private. »

« Convenient downtown location, great restaurants available within walking distance. Excellent king size bed was very comfortable. Living room furniture a bit sparse and not too comfortable, no reading light in living room, no foot rests. Unit was stuffy, we found one fan that worked well, the second one was noisy. Big shower, used mat in bathroom, need bigger one as shower is slippery. A bench near the front door would be a nice addition, for taking off shoes. Parking was convenient. »

« This is my preferred place to stay when in the Bay Area. Great place to retire to after work and very comfortable. Host is awesome too. »

Comfortable beds, bedding, and interior climate. Immediate access to the sand and intertidal shoreline. Clifftop benches as coffee spots and sunset overlooks. Exactly what we needed and more than we hoped for. »

« Staying in hmb many times, a big disappointment. Way overpriced. Over half of the lights were burned out, the bathroom had one light that worked, the vent was so clogged with dirt it didn't work and we couldn't open the windows as an alternative bc the handle was broken. No hangers to be found but no closets anyway or drawers to put anything in and no floor space in the br to lay a suitcase out. We had to pay 75 extra for a towel set for our guest, there was only one set of towels for each...

« So grateful to get to bring our dogs with us! This was a wonderful getaway, great communication, and such a lovely beach cottage. Easy walk to the beach to either enjoy the view from the bluff or walk down the stairs to the sand. We all remarked on how much if felt like somewhere we would want to call home. »

« It’s not as nice as the photos. It’s tired and definitely not air conditioned. We went in the middle of July and it was so hot and miserable to be in a hot old home with no air conditioning. To top it off owner lives in 3rd bedroom of home and demands to keep right side of driveway clear for them to park. Meanwhile the garage is locked off, and the 3rd bedroom in the middle of the house and the back yard are locked off from any usage.. so all you get is 2 beds in a hot tired, dated home. ...
