The modernized tenement buildings will definitely remind you of the city's industrial history, as well as showcase its modern character. It is worth going to an unusual place called the Passage of Roses - townhouses covered entirely with pieces of mirrors. It is certainly a unique place on the city map. In the vicinity of the site there are many historical points of interest: FUZJA, Herbst Palace Museum and Księży Młyn. Not far away are green areas such as Podolski Park (1 km), or Reymont Park in Lodz (1.5 km), which are a great place for an evening or morning walk to get some fresh air and spend a pleasant time surrounded by nature.
