Not often does a hotel do it all right, but this one does. Wow from the entrance, to the warm welcome and friendly service at the desk. Decent parking in the belly of the hotel. Direct elevator up to the room floors. The best cocktail bar in Lodz on a cute rooftop terrace, with the best Bartender of 2021 in Poland just on the fifth floor. I travelled with my dog and they even have a special door hanger to inform housekeeping :) Only downside was perhaps the size of the room, but I rather have smaller room well equipped than the other way around. Wasn’t even ready for this; the tablet in the room controls all. The Smart TV, the lights, all. Super easy to use. If I am travelling to Poland again, I am staying at a Puro hotel. Big fan

4th Stay at PURO LODZ
I Choose PURO each time I go to LODZ. The location is just great.. so is the service and the design. Every stay was just perfect.

Overall, the stay was ok, but we didn't get an upgrade even though they had available rooms. We were staying for just one night. They told us that this was the manager's decision and they will not upgrade us. we are Expedia Platinum and the hotel is in the VIP Access program, I just don't know why since they don't follow its rules anyway. It left a bad taste.

The hotel is nice overall but the pillows are by far the worst I've ever experienced in a hotel. We asked for the "firmer" pillows after the first night but there's still barely any filling in them. They also have these bizarre large square pillows that have half the filling of a normal pillow. If they sort the pillow situation out it would be a great hotel as both mornings I woke up with a sore neck.

Tolles Hotel in sehr ansprechendem Design und in guter Lage, super Frühstück. Einzige Schwachstelle: Parken, nur sehr wenige Parkplätze in der Hoteltiefgarage und aussenherum sind die öffentlihcen Parkplätze gebührenpflichtig. Für Hinweisschilder bzw. Regeln sind nicht tschechisch Sprechende nicht verständlich.....

Perfect central located accommodation, clean, comfortable and nearby center. Grab a hotelbike and just bike to the city centre, which is much nicer and comfortable instead of a cab! Exceeded all expectations
This is a really great hotel. It exceeded my expectations over and over again. The rooms are simple, but really really comfortable. Great sheets, great comforters, great mattress and the room is so smart! The lights are really wonderful. The huge picture window looking out onto the street was amazing. Right across the street was a palace from the last century and that’s what I woke up to every morning when I open the blinds. Oh and the blinds blocked out all the light. The downstairs staff at the reception was so helpful. The gym is amazing! Really, beautiful! The restaurant Is delicious try the pod Thai. The most unique Pantaya I’ve ever had. And the people there are so sweet.

My experience at the hotel far surpassed our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were not only clean but also tastefully decorated, adding a touch of charm to our stay. Besides, the view from our room were a delightful bonus. One of the highlights of our visit was undoubtedly the excellent food served at the hotel's restaurant. The variety of dishes offered was impressive, and each meal was a delight to the taste buds. Additionally, we appreciated the thoughtful gestures of hospitality, such as finding complimentary juices in the room and having access to free coffee and tea in the lobby. I highly recommend visiting the rooftop bar during your stay. It is a must-see spot that offers a fantastic ambiance and, most importantly, a selection of unique cocktails that are sure to leave a lasting impression. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploration. In conclusion, our time at this hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service, lovely rooms, breathtaking views, delectable food, and the little touches of kindness that made our stay truly memorable. We'll definitely be returning for another stay in the future!
