« This boutique hotel was all I was hoping for. Its quaint, quirky and filled with charm. The owners really know their vision and made it happen. Super comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and heavenly comforters. Books everywhere. Location was perfect as its within walking distance to anything you need or want. Owners were very nice and helpful. They can get or find you whatever you need. Kcups and tea with sugar, and creamers are included. The little box of shampoo and soap and conditioners...

« Rooms were clean, staff was great, breakfast was great. Downside of our stay was we never had hot water and pool was closed throughout our stay. »

« Stayed for one night and wish we would’ve stayed longer. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff members were friendly and talkative. The history of the whole building was very unique and cute. We didn’t get to eat at the restaurant but everything smelled delicious. Would highly recommend staying here we will definitely be back! »

« The setting of the hotel was beautiful along the stream. It felt private and safe even though it was within walking distance of West Chester central with restaurants, shops and great coffee and easy driving distance of Longwood Gardens and Valley Forge. Appreciated all the books rather than nicknacks. If I hadn’t had so much planned and the weather was too nice to be inside, I would have read all day. »
