My problem was with Expedia, there was a major snow storm arriving that night. We had a six hour drive home. The hotel said they would be fine with refunding me the second night and I should call Expedia as it was you I booked through. Try as might I could not get through your AI assisted customer service as my questions did not align with your preordained question selection. So unless you want to do the right thing I’m out $200 + dollars. Not a happy Expedia customer…
