Summary:
Highfield Street Hideaway is a cosy and charming apartment in the heart of the city, ideal for exploring Liverpool! The business district and historic waterfront are nearby, with main attractions within walking distance. Elegant rattan-style decor, minimal and bright furnishings come together to create that ‘home sweet home’ feeling! You have it all here: an amazing location, the comforts of home, a smart TV, and plenty of board games for those special nights in!

The Space:
Highfield Street Hideaway is perfect for family groups, friends or business travellers alike, this brilliant apartment will make you feel right at home!

Our Nespresso coffee machine will help you to start the day right and you will be able to enjoy it all together around the large dining table in the lounge area! You can also take advantage of the spacious living area to play all the different board games available, you will find plenty to choose from!

The master bedroom boasts twin double beds, built-in mirrored storage, and a dressing table. The second bedroom includes a double bed, built-in mirrored storage, and a standing ring light. The living area offers two incredibly comfortable sofa beds with lift-up ottoman storage, along with an additional Chesterfield storage bench.

Fresh white linen throughout, with towels for each guest and hand towels in the bathroom.

A clean and modern family bathroom completes the apartment with a bathtub, as well as an additional ensuite bathroom with a luxurious waterfall shower.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. The keys to the property is securely stored via a Keynest shop and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Other Things to Note:

Kindly note this apartment is a residential property, we do not accept any loud noise or party groups of any such. Outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a Noise detector.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The Neighborhood:
Our apartment is in the quiet business area of the city centre.

Liverpool has many attractions with more museums and galleries than any other UK city outside of the capital! Hop on the Mersey Ferries River Explorer Tour for some of the absolute best views of Liverpool’s world famous waterfront. Stop off at Spaceport for all things intergalactic or the U-Boat Story for a fascinating insight into the World War II submarine. You’ll be spoilt for choice with Liverpool’s seven museums looking at the city’s maritime history as well as art and music.

Concert Square is in the heart of Liverpool with a whole host of bars and clubs very close by. Take a trip to Liverpool ONE, one of the largest outdoor shopping and entertainment centres in the United Kingdom. Here you will find an excellent range of high street and popular brands so you can shop until you drop!

Getting Around:
Our apartment is a 15 minute walk to Lime Street Station or 4 minutes to Liverpool Moorfields station. In addition to this, the Liverpool One Bus Station is also only a ten minute walk away!

Very well connected with all the of the main stations.

Lovely Property but need to change Agent

Communication from Host & Stay prior to arrival was excellent, however, on arrival it went steeply downhill. Despite all of what I have written below we would definitely stay here again if the owner changes from Host & Stay, the apartment itself is great, a good size, comfy beds and ideally located.Keys not at collection point, phone call to Host & Stay to be told at a different location. Not a great start. We chose this apartment, partly because it had secure parking, however, due to the huge amount of rubbish, bins and mattresses dumped across the bay, it was impossible to park, so another phone call to Host & Stay to let them know and to request the parking permit which was not in the apartment. Told by Host & Stay to pay for parking elsewhere, so that we were not clamped. The parking permit never turned up, despite requesting one each day of our stay. The rubbish was cleared on the Monday and an agency came in on Tuesday to clear the mattresses so we could eventually get into the correct bay. We hand wrote a permit and gave Host & Stay's phone number. Another phone call to report broken lamp with exposed wiring, again nothing done. Could do with more than 4 mugs for an apartment that sleeps 10. Eco Toiletries & Wonky Coffee Pods not provided despite these being in the online brochure, another phone call and the Agent at Host & Stay said they had no idea what I was talking about. A few tweaks & a change of Agent will definitely improve the property.
