« I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...

« yes, its pet friendly. there is no fence but there is easily could be. the location is awesome. Park you car and walk everywhere. the only negative I could give is the one bathroom is very dated. shower/tub is pretty small faucets are pretty pathetic. But everything else was awesome. »

« We stayed in this amazing home for Thanksgiving week. You cannot beat the location or views, and it is walking distance to tons of great coffee shops and restaurants!The home is clean, well equipped, and communication with the owner was great! We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor seating and especially the fire pit! We ended up hosting Thanksgiving (unplanned) and the table easily sat all 11 of us, with plenty of space to lounge and play games after. A great trip! »
