« Perfect location for our home base while we explored the St. Simon Island area. The house was spacious for the two of us and had everything we needed. Nice sized living room and kitchen that we appreciated in the evenings. The host was very quick to respond both before and during our trip. Very nice area with so much to do - we will be back! »

« The proctor cottage was perfect. Comfortable, clean, and homey. Even better than the pictures. Perfectly hospitable and sweet. Very close to the village which we enjoyed. A bit of a walk to proper beach, which didn’t bother us since it’s February. A lovely stay I hope to visit again. »

« This vacation rental definitely met our needs for a 3-day stay visiting the Golden Isles and Brunswick. It was easy to find and access. The townhouse was exceptionally clean. Beds had firm mattresses but comfortable. We enjoyed two great restaurants on Saint Simons Island: the Crab Trap and Barbara Jean's. Also, Grandy's nearby had a great breakfast buffet {including those delicious cinnamon rolls!!!), at a very reasonable price. Our only suggestions are that more dining utensils are needed in...

« The gome is an older property located within walking distance.ofndowntown Brunswick. The owner is most accomodatimg and answered all inquiries. The property is large and accomodating. It was perfect for my purposes, hosting a group of golfing buddies. I live locally and am glad to have an.affordavle property witj enoigh space for a large group »
