Cozy cottage just one block from Little River waterfront. Dogs ( up to two) are welcome! Casino Cruises, sport fishing and sightseeing cruises, golf courses, restaurants, jet ski rentals. Just four miles from North Myrtle Beach, 2 miles from Calabash, NC and six miles from Sunset Beach, NC. Located one block from Intracoastal Waterway. Boat launch four miles away.
There is one queen bed in bedroom and a twin size roll away bed that can be set up in living room.
INCLUDED fully stocked kitchen also including paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, napkins, trash bags, laundry detergent, body wash and hand soap. Renters must bring own towels and bed sheets (queen and twin). Two bicycles are there for you to use. Two beach chairs for you to use.

Perfect!!
This little house is perfect. Traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the little fenced in area as well as their walks in the neighborhood every day. The house has everything you need. So impressed with the daily staples provided. Most places you rent don’t supply all that this house has and it was very much appreciated!! Neighbors were so friendly too!! Thank you so much for sharing this little gem!!

A little piece of heaven
We was able to check in early. Which is always a good thing.. Dean was always there anytime we needed anything. He was always pleasant to talk too.. I loved eating at the Patio which is in walking distance.. staying in little River is a short drive to a lot of great restaurants and shops too.. We will be staying here in the future.. This was the best vacation ever.. Thanks Dean and Debbie..

Cozy Cottage Stay
This is our third year staying at Cozy Cottage. I love this cottage for me and my two shelties. So nice to feel like we are at home. This area is so rich in history and plenty to do within the block. The description on VRBO is accurate, but the owner has thought of everything to make it comfortable and clean for guests. So convenient for local restaurants and music on the water, but a convenient short drive to Cherry Grove Beach and N Myrtle. Absolutely love this cottage. Thanks so much Dean and Debbie!! Great little cottage
This ia a cute house. The sq ft of the home sounds small but the layout makes it feel big. The home was verry clean. The owners were great. The only problem was I have a samll dog that went nuts with the cars and motorcycles making loud noises. The waterfront thou great for eatting and music attracted people noisy vehicles.

Ideal for family overflow!
My parents came to town to visit a great granchild. The cottage was perfect for 3 adults. Lots of space and very comfortable . Dean was the perfect host! Well stocked kitchen, lots of sitting space and location was wonderful with food options, activities, and centrally located to the NMB area. I’ll definitely book again in the future!

Much needed vacation
The cozy cottage was just perfect for us. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was within walking distance to several restaurants, which we always like. Dean suggested additional places to eat but walking to dinner was best for us. We took walks in the neighborhood each morning before it got too hot and at that time there was not much traffic. We would definitely stay again when going to that area. I need to add that Dean's instructions on how to operate the TV were perfect. Thank you.

Can’t say enough good things about the place. It was exactly how it is described . Less then five minute walk to restaurants and outside entertainment . Owner gives you your privacy but is right there if you need something. We will definitely stay here again.

Cute & Perfect Location!
Found this cute cottage last minute to stay for a baseball tournament being held at NMB sports complex. We were surprised by how roomy it felt. The bed was super comfortable. My little slept on the pull out twin and we were pleased at how comfortable he was. Washing machine, dryer and fridge all appear brand new! Couch’s were super comfortable after a long day at the ballfield. We’ve never stayed in little river but this stay made us want to plan a mini vacation there. Very pleased with the cleanliness and easy instructions given by the host listed in the welcome book and around the House. ❤️

Perfect!
I highly recommend staying here! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dean’s cottage. His instructions were very clear making check in super easy. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some fabulous restaurants within a very short walking distance. Also, we traveled with our dog and the fenced front yard provided a perfect spot for him to run around. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are back in the area!

What a relaxing and enjoyable two months!
This cottage is really ideal for couples. The living space is open, bright and comfortable, and the bedroom is spacious, with a reading corner, walk-in closet and laundry. There are French doors opening from the bedroom to a small deck. The kitchen was well-stocked and efficient. The whole place was spotlessly clean. The location is great--easily walkable to multiple restaurants/bars for breakfast thru dinner, mostly on the waterfront. And there's a PIE shop just around the corner that was downright addictive! The casino boat is right there in Little River. The surrounding neighborhoods are nice for walking, with palm trees and live oaks draped in Spanish moss. The hosts are very friendly, and responded to questions right away. Note to pet owners: we originally booked here because it's hard to find places that accept large dogs. We sadly lost our old girl before our trip, but we mentioned several times that she would have absolutely loved it there. Solid floors, relaxed leather furniture, a small picket-fenced front yard with only a couple of stairs. Lots of people walking dogs around the neighborhood. We were snowbirds (there for two months), and enjoyed it very much!

One month retreat with the furbabies
The cottage was centrally located in the Waterfront area of Little River. It was cozy and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. The bathroom was a great size. The mini split was new and worked beautifully. Dean and Debbie were very responsive for questions. Easy to get to the beaches and areas of interest we wanted to see. Vereen Memorial Gardens was our favorite place to walk with our dog, Charley and only 2 miles away. It was our first time to this area and we chose a great place.

Mother’s 95th birthday
My wife and I just needed a one bedroom with the kitchen and a place for our dog and it was perfect. Very close to my families location and very easy to get to the property is very clean and the host is quick with a response if you have a question. I would certainly stay there again.

Relaxing stay
The quaint little house was a great place to stay. It was clean and stocked with all the necessary essentials for our stay. It was clean and fresh smelling. It had a pet placemat for out dogs bowls. A little touch but great to see they were welcome as well. It was in a great location to downtown Little River. Also a close trip to North Myrtle Beach. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. I would stay again as well.

Premium location for Little River. Located near restaurants, golf, Casino boat and about 15 minutes away from N. Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes to Calabash. Check-in instructions were accurate. Cottage was spotless and owner gave immediate response to our question about heat. We did not cook on our trip but appliances looked fairly new and there were pots/pans-everything necessary to prepare a meal. We plan on booking in the future.
