« I don’t usually write reviews. The house was nice. Location was good. The golf cart being included just made it exceptional. There were plenty of towels. Everything we needed to cook was there. Recliner, couch was nice. Bathroom was clean. Ocean lakes is a great place for families, especially in the off season. My kids had a great time. I will stay here again in the future »

« We stayed in the upstairs seahorse cottage for a week. We loved it! We had a fantastic time. The cottage was perfect for my family. Everything was in walking distance and my kids loved the pool. We will be returning and would love to book the same cottage next July 4th again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cottage was clean and the AC worked great. The kitchen does have slim supplies but still everything I needed to make meals daily. Thanks Midtown for an awesome stay! »

« The property is a bit dated and the photos are a little deceiving. It seems like its on a corner but actually sits behind a large home and it was difficult to find. Not sure about who cleans the place, whether a cleaning person or if its left to occupants. There was a long list of cleaning things to be done before check out. It was ok for me but some of my party were not satisfied. It needs freshening up and updating a little but its a cute cottage. The owner was nice and the campground...

« The house was great. Well loved all it had to offer. There were a few minor issues that I communicated with Tate. The issues were resolved while we were there. Tate was great tk work with. We spent alot of time indoors due to Hurricane Debby, it was nice that we had space for everyone to be comfortable. Looking forward to staying again, with better weather. »

« Overall our family enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. We had a short walk to the beach (exactly 5 minutes from the door to the sand) and an even shorter walk (3 minutes) to the pickleball courts. The house was not the cleanest when we arrived .. the drawers to place our clothes had a lot of dirt/crumbs/socks/sewing needles/bobbi pins in them. The surfaces didn’t feel like they had been wiped. « This was our second time staying. Perfect location for us. The beach and general store are across the street, as well as an ice cream shop. The house was clean and everything was just as described. « We loved the close access to the beach, which was about a 5 minute walk. The house is beautiful and well kept. Plenty of room for six adults to spread out as well as plenty of space for kids to play. Our family loved the waterway access for fishing. The dogs really enjoyed being able to run around in the fenced yard. Will be returning in the future. »
