We were able to make dinner and find all that we needed to do so and we we able to relax comfortably and sleep well. Host was easy to reach and responsive. « Pots and pans were disgusting. The cleaning person must not check any dishes before she leaves.No pot holders, cheap plastic sheets, the stove and oven need replaced. It took 30 minutes to boil water for pasta and then no colander....Seriously.ATTENTION: If you are allergic to mold and mildew DON"T STAY HERE.... « Where do I begin--- 1) upon checking in Friday a maintenance guy was parked in the driveway so I had to contact the owner where to park since the property is on a very narrow road and there is no available street parking, 2) maintenance guy was on the property for almost 2 hours to get heat and hot water working, 3) I was instructed to turn up the heat to heat up the water (that didn't work, couldn't take comfortable warm showers at bedtime after a long travel day), 3) left early in the morning...

"Baissez vos attentes… Hôtel qui est une propriété de HIE, mais qui est géré par « Jamsan Hotel Management Inc ». C’est la raison pour laquelle c’est défraîchi et moins propre que les autres Holiday Inn Express. Lits et oreillers très confortables, bon déjeuner. Propreté de la chambre qui laisse à désirer (table de nuit non lavée, ongle d’orteil sur le plancher, portes et poignées de chambre de bain et de la chambre très sales). Chambre devrait être mieux insonorisée. Chambres communicantes disponibles."
