Beautiful hotel, great design. Very nice outside pool. Breakfast was perfect. The rooms are big and very comfy. I didn't like the fact that you have to use the hotel card all the time, they have glass doors everywhere in the hallways, to the elevator, to the gym etc... If feels a little bit like a prison... The spa is very small and not so peaceful

Elegant et reposant.
Le séjour était juste superbe. Hôtel très très bien situé, un cadre élégant et calme. Accueil chaleureux, très belle vue sur la mer. Des installations vraiment de qualité. L’hôtel mérite d’être visité et surtout on ne demande qu’à y retourner au plus vite. C’est d’ailleurs ce que nous avons fait en annulant une nuit à Lisbonne pour y retourner.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement, devant la promenade au bord de l'eau permettant d'aller jusqu'au centre ville ; la gare à 100 m pour se rendre à Lisbonne et ses environs (sans pour autant souffrir du bruit) le cadre, les installations de belle facture, le spa. Par ailleurs, l'efficacité et l'amabilité du personnel, la qualité du petit déjeuner

Professionnel - très bien
Hôtel moderne, classe, confortable, bien situé entre Estoril et Cascais. Le service est attentionné, même si la chaîne fait appel à beaucoup ( un peu trop ?) de stagiaires. La conciergerie, le service de voituriers sont efficaces et agréables. La piscine est jolie, les transats en nombre suffisant ! La ligne de chemin de fer ne gêne aucunement. Les chambres sont très bien, avec un bémol sur le manque de penderie...!

Bel hôtel idéalement situé
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Intercontinental d'Estoril. Le personnel était aussi agréable que disponible. La chambre et la salle de bains étaient grandes, la terrasse vue mer très appréciable et la literie très bonne. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter les alentours de Cascais et de Sintra. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Une merveilleuse évasion.
Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été gentiment aidés et conseillés par le personnel. Pour notre part, nous étions émerveillés par la vue qu'offrait la terrasse donnant directement sur la mer. Cet hôtel vient d'ouvrir et les matériaux utilisés pour sa construction sont tout à fait remarquables. Quand vous sortez de l'hôtel par le parking, vous accédez directement à la digue qui longe la mer et pouvez faire une agréable promenade jusqu'à Cascais et profiter de tous les cafés-restaurants, dans le calme et sans pollution.

Super hôtel mais choisissez votre étage
Hôtel très confortable et très moderne , néanmoins nous avions reçu une chambre au rez , niveau piscine et vue étriquée sur la mer,après beaucoup de palabres , nous avons avons obtenu une autre chambre au 1er étage. Conseil , lors de la réservation , exigez une chambre au 1er ou au 2ème , c'est le même prix !

5 star accommodations and service. Excellent breakfast. We ate at the restaurant for the special new year's eve dinner - it was excellent. We did not try the regular menu. Neighborhood is superb - 10 min walk to the center of Cascais on the walkway by the ocean. Easy uber (25-30 min) or train (45 min) into Lisbon. Train runs in front of the hotel, however, despite being on the second floor, the soundproofing was outstanding - could not hear the trains pass. Rooms are updated and well appointed. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Lisbon.

It was amazing! Sofia and Sara were awesome from day one through the entire stay! They assisted in arranging a day trip on short notice which was fantastic and arranged a schedule that was just right for us. The beach and location were perfect! Thank you everyone at the ICH for an amazing stay

This is a beautiful hotel situated on the boardwalk by the sea but it still has a very private feeling to it. The service, food and rooms are exceptional. After dinner last night we arrived back to the hotel and ordered a drink overlooking the sea. We really enjoyed our stay

Fantastic room and service. The large balconies with every room are fantastic. The huge and extremely comfortable beds are a real luxury. Thank you.
