« The unit was perfect for the two of us. The bed slept great. It was very small but we only needed one night and the size and price was perfect. The exterior backyard was unkept. But when we got inside it was just fine. No issues at all. Does have washer and dryer and nice big bathroom. Only complaint was the toilet is very short. We are both tall and for us it seemed like a toilet for a small child. »

« The property is in a convenient location to BYU/Provo/Orem. The house was very clean. Had some difficulties getting logged in to one of the TVs, but the other worked fine. Traffic noise is present from the south side bedrooms, but not so much in the north side bedrooms. AC works very well, though not very balanced between upstairs and down (warm upstairs, very chilly downstairs). Overall a good value. »

« The house was very clean and in a good neighborhood. Comfortable furniture, plenty of towels and bedding, and easy parking. My only complaint is that several things were in a state of broken, but still technically functional as long as you were careful. Towel rack, toilet paper holder, shower head, door latch (although we didn’t end up using that room, so it didn’t matter too much), and the screen in one of the windows. We also had some minor issues with the way the garbage situation is handled....
