THE SPACE:
There are stairs leading up to our house and between each level of our home. There are no bedrooms on the main level; please keep this in mind if anyone in your party has a hard time with stairs. We have baby gates for little ones.

**Things to note:
Owner/Host lives in a contained separate apartment above 2nd garage. We will not get in your “space” during your stay at our home, but we may be bustling around periodically feeding chickens and tending to our yard & garden
Please be considerate of neighbors, especially in the evening.
**As you can see in the pictures, there are steps to get to the front door. We have 3 parking spaces, street level and 2 parking spaces for small to medium cars at the top of the driveway. Any additional cars can park on the street. If anyone in your party has a hard time with stairs, please let us know and we will accommodate.
-We allow up to 21 guests in total (including day visitors). Any amount over that is an additional charge of $25 per person per day.
-We do NOT allow smoking of any kind (includes vaping) inside or outdoors on the property.

-We have neighbors close. Quiet hours are between 8am-10pm. No loud outdoor music is allowed.
