« A perfect property in the most perfect location for Stamford with the added bonus of gated complex and parking.Walking in is such a wow, the high ceilings and top quality appliances in the kitchen. The bath was the perfect place for a nice cold bath to chill out after a day of walking around the idlic town in 34 heat. The property and town will not disappoint. »

« Very nice property. Quiet road. We had two cars and were provided with permits for our stay, invaluable as parking in Lincoln is limited. A bit of an uphill walk to the castle and cathedral, but worth it for the peaceful location of the house.A beautiful common behind the house with grazing horses. Easy for dog walking.Easy and helpful communication with our host who provided advice on places to eat.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you. »

« Great communications, ease of check-in and the added bonus of a secure garage for parking in an otherwise, fairly busy area were solid highlights.The house suited our needs, was comfortable and quiet enough once the traffic subsided.Also pretty handy location for Lincoln centre. Plus, there's a co-op a very short walk away, when you need to get essentials. »

« This property had all that we needed (apart from a cheese grater) and was a lovely, clean place. The noise from the town went on a little late but not ridiculous. The car park near to the house was great and cheap. All in all, we would recommend and would use it again. »

It did have dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived.There were nice linens and towelsThe only negative was that the host did not respond to messages. We left 2 text and one call with no response. Luckily there wasn’t an emergency. « House is in a great location.. beautiful home. Beds need a mattress topper. Needs a little carpet cleaning especially since a $50,00 cleaning fee is applied. Upstairs bathroom shower didn’t operate correctly. Was kinda hard for my 84 yr old mother.Washer is a dryer also but there was no instructions on how effective the dryer part worked. Trash cans were pretty full after we left. Overall it was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed Stamford, great town, loved how it was dog friendly & people were...
