Simply settle into your polished private suite or sip on a cup of freshly brewed coffee in the lounge to rest and recharge for whatever tomorrow brings.
The Space:
The Launchpoint Lodge is a historical colonial home built in 1902 that has been recently renovated this year with a focus on stylish décor and improved amenities for ultimate comfort and convenience. With just six private suites, our boutique inn offers a unique and inviting place to unplug and relax while exploring local attractions.
Each guest enjoys access to the best of both worlds â the privacy of their own cozy suite and the sociability of our spacious shared spaces. At Launchpoint Lodge, we believe in choosing your own journey. Make yourself a cup of coffee, head to the sunroom for pre-dinner drinks, relax on the deck and watch hummingbirds feed, or grab some pizza and play a board game â the choice is yours!
Our shared spaces are an extension of your private suite and include:
â Coffee Lounge: Itâs always fully stocked with sweet treats, snacks, and a robust coffee and tea selection. You will also find filtered water, an ice machine, microwave, and a variety of dishware for your convenience.
â Sitting Room: Various comfortable conversational areas are supplied with board games, books, and a fireplace for your enjoyment.
â Sunroom and Rear Deck: These spaces offer a window into Lincolnâs picturesque natural landscape, ideal seasonal hangout areas for relaxing or connecting with fellow travelers.
Artist Bluff Suite:
Artist Bluff is located on the first floor. This suite entrance is located off the back deck, so guests enjoy private access to their own separate wing. This is the perfect setup for couples traveling together or a family (no children under 12). This large first-floor suite has a king bedroom, a living room with a queen pullout sofa, a small wet bar area, and a full bathroom.
Enjoy the view of the back garden out the floor-to-ceiling window or snuggle up and enjoy the warmth of the gas stove fireplace after a day of adventure. This unit has a convenient wet bar area which includes a Keurig coffee maker, mini-fridge, microwave, and sink.
The suite was completely renovated in Dec 2022 with new flooring, bathroom, furniture, décor, lighting fixtures, and fresh paint. The simple and clean design mixes neutral floors and walls with pops of moody colors and beautiful landscape art to create a tranquil space for guests to relax and recharge.
