Superbe séjour de 3 jours. Hôtel calme, chambre spacieuse. Proximité du centre ville, on peut tout y faire à pieds. La ville de Limerick est très agréable. La piscine avec sauna et hammam en accès libre est le plus de l'hôtel.

Bien placé, très classe
Très bien placé, la chambre est immense, bien meublée, le lit immense aussi ! Très classe, avec accès à la piscine et jacuzzis :o) Le seul bémol, l'accueil pas très personnalisé et elles parlaient vite sans prendre en compte que nous étions des touristes donc pas forcément anglais fluent.

Un hôtel bien situé à Limerick
Hôtel de bonne tenue mais espaces publics(hall,bar,salle de restauration )très bruyants surtout quand il y a des bus de touristes ,ce qui nous a poussés à dîner a l’extérieur.Comme beaucoup d’hotels,l’acoustique n’a pas été soignée.Les chambres sont très bien,grandes, bien aménagées,la nôtre avait une grande salle de bains avec baignoire et douche,bien agencée avec du linge immaculé.Nous avions des peignoirs et des chaussons pour aller à la piscine qui est grande avec deux grands bains bouillonnants,sauna et halal.Nous en avons bien profité le matin avant le petit déjeuner et le soir en rentrant de notre périple dans la baie du Schannon.L’hotel possède Un grand parking sous terrain facile d’accès en liaison directe avec l’hotel.Nous recommanderons cet établissement à nos amis et connaissances qui se rendront dans cette région.

The hotel was lovely. It was in walking distance to the bus and train station and all the attractions in Limerick. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We worked with Siobhan, who helped us check in, get breakfast vouchers, and called us a cab in the morning. She was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast with lots of food choices! Thank you!

A perfect stay in every way. From the moment we entered the hotel we were greeted like returning regulars. Clodagh and Siobhan ensured our welcome was warm, engaging, personal and professional. Throughout our stay no question remained unanswered. No-thing was too much trouble. The whole hotel staff were exceptional. Our room was an Executive King and it was spacious, clean, well presented and the bed was so comfortable and so large that reception should issue a map in the event of getting lost in the massive duvet! The room is well equipped coming with tea and coffee making facilities, as well as a Krupps coffee pod machine, a chiller, hairdryer and bathrobes. The bathroom has a shower cubicle and a bath. The Buffet Breakfast has an amazing range and choice. Whether you want a full Irish or continental, cereal, fruit, cooked meats, cheeses, pancakes, muffins, pastries everything is there and fresh. The list of products is endless. The hotel bar was a great place to start the evening with a great range of beers, ales and stout. One small gripe buffet breakfast means the food sitting in serving trays and can be a little cool in temperature. This was our experience the first morning. A tepid cooked breakfast isn’t the best way to start the day! A small gripe and didn't impact our overall enjoyment of our stay at this perfectly situated hotel.

The hotel was wonderful. Siobhan (from the front desk) was AMAZING! She was so helpful with suggesting places to see and things to do. She ensured that we had coupons for breakfast if we wanted them and she helped us get discounts for attractions in the area! The hotel also acted quickly to correct a problem with the temperature in our room.

We stayed here on St Stephen's night after the Munster v Leinster match. We loved the whole experience. Great facilities and atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The presents for the children was a really lovely touch

I have family in Limerick and have stayed at the Strand a few times. I was here this time to to attend a family birthday party that was being held in the hotel. It is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. I took the one star off because we were given a VIP, 14 Euro voucher through Expedia, that was supposedly for any food and NON ALCOHOLIC beverages, however we could not put this towards a sandwich, pizza or soft drinks in the lounge because the manager had written specifically that it had to be put towards a sit down full dinner. Anyway maybe petty on my part but leaves one with a bad feeling. So ignore the VIP incentive because it is not that useful. The manager should reconsider this as it does not reflect genuine hospitality. Overwise this is a grand hotel!
