Les salles de bain partagées étaient pas en très bons états. L’emplacement était super pratique, mais le soir et la nuit nous entendions tout ce qui se passait à l’extérieur. C’était bruyant, mais nous avons quand même bien dormi. La chambre était super propre et parfaite pour un court séjour de 1-2 jours.

Everything was five star except the bathroom sink was running only hot water so I used the bath tub to brush my teeth no big deal I still give it 5 srars

Overall I liked the experience, but the only issue was the lack of privacy because of the porous walls. You could hear other people's conversations, for example.

Terrible room, reception very unfriendly, tried to fool us with the change. No space at all in the room, terrible conditions for the toilet that is shared, super noisy and uncomfortable. Do not recommend at all!

Mostly the staff. Upon the time I pick up my two large suitcases, carry on and a Backpack from their storage I did ask if I could have help but the young man completely ignore me. Windows could use more soundproof. Staff was constantly on their phones barely having control on who entered the building. That was concerning. I will not book again with this place.

Viaje corto a lima
el hotel es muy comodo y muy bien ubicado. las instalaciones estan en un estado bueno. cuanta con una sala comun para calentar alimentos y guardar en nevera, que a su vez es el mismo para trabajar no sabemos que paso pero el internet el ese lugar era desastroso, entinces es mejor trabajar en el bar. La comida, la musica el personal y los tragos. son excelentes

Fiz uma reserva de um quarto Standart, com banheiro privativo, no hoteis.com, mas o que foi passado para o estabelecimento, foi um quarto básico, com banheiro compartilhado. Tive que pagar uma diferença no hotel para ter um quarto como o que tinha reservado. Foi um erro do site e não é a primeira vez que tenho esse tipo de problema em reservar pelo hoteis.com. Mas o hotel atendeu as expectativas. Os quartos poderiam ter mais manutenção, mas foi confortável o suficiente. Uma atendente da recepção foi extremamente inexperiente quando fui pedir uma informação, fiquei alguns minutos esperando ela me atender, achando que ela estava ocupada, mas ela simplesmente não queria me atender, tive que pedir por gentileza se ela podia me tirar uma dúvida e aí então ela me atendeu. Também não é a primeira vez que tenho esse tipo de problema nessa rede de hoteis.

The person helping for breakfast was very unfriendly and they really should provide another option for the welcome drink besides alcohol. I asked if I could have a welcome drink juice instead for breakfast and was told it’s only an alcoholic beverage we get at night. Which is really weird because Selina is supposed to be supportive of healthy living and lifestyle but then I was told I could only have an alcoholic beverage and I’m in the middle of recovering from cancer so I wasnt trying to risk my health and was giving no other options. So it was a bit disappointing.

We where at the hotel for 5 nights. It was a nice hotel for a low price. If you are okay with a sharebathroom that is cleaned daily, this hotel is a great way to stay in Lima for a low price.
