« Bien situé par rapport au Parque Kennedy, le bord de la mer et le Metropolitano. Dans le condo il manque l’air climatisé au salon (bien que l’on ait fourni un ventilateur) et des napperons. Le tapis du salon est poussiéreux. Quelques rénos au plancher de bois seraient dues. Piscine et terrasse sur le toit, c’est très bien. Les employés de la sécurité à la porte sont très gentils. »

« We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is in an excellent location: about 2–3 blocks from Larcomar in a very nice, walkable area (there is a convenience store one block away). It’s very spacious and the balcony is a great touch; we had an amazing time watching fireworks around the neighborhood on New Year’s Eve. « My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there. Bathrooms were spacious and main bedrooms were comfortable. I will say however that because it was so central, it was quite noisy due to car traffic.
