This beautifully remodeled and spacious second-floor condominium on the Coconut Coast is one of the few units at Kaha Lani with two lanais and is also one of the closest units in the resort to the ocean. While staying at Kaha Lani, you will enjoy the stunning views, peaceful sounds, and refreshing breezes of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This fantastic property features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the secondary bedroom. With a fully stocked kitchen, you can cook as much or as little as you’d like during your stay. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience. This home is over 1,000 square feet plus almost 300 square feet of outdoor furnished lanai space for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, your evening glass of wine, and everything in between. With easy access to private sandy beaches, parks, and the historic town of Kapaa, Kaha Lani is centrally located to enjoy all the amenities of the beautiful island of Kauai. Definitely was not what we were told we would be getting. We were supposed to have sleeping accommodations for 5; king bed, 2 twin beds and 1 aero mattress. A few weeks prior to arriving; we were instructed to provide all the names staying in the unit. We did so as requested. After a long day of travel; we arrived at the unit and found to only have a king and 2 ROCK hard twin mattresses. We tried to reach out to numbers provided to us. After some time someone responded. Only to find out they did NOT in fact have the accommodations they advertised they would have for us. Now it is after 7pm and was told that we could find something else and would be provided a refund. I called around to several places to try and get some VERY LAST MINUTE reservations for our family. Finally I found something but of course they were not able to accommodate that night since it was so late in the day but could take us for the rest of the stay on the island. We informed these hosts and made them aware of what was happening. We had to stay the one night and were out by about 7:30am. The only thing we used was the showers and a few of the towels. Of which we put in the washer to wash prior to leaving. No one even slept in any of the beds. I had someone sleep in the car and the others slept on the couch and living room chair with our own blankets. I have a text message directly from our host stating they would be issuing us a refund. THAT STILL HAS YET TO HAPPEN!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!

What a lovely place to stay. Near town & airport as well as halfway between other various places/beaches you might like to visit. (The airport was sure handy when we found two things wrong with two different cars after leaving the lot… - just fyi, check the gas gauge & tires!) Only 10 mins walk to Lydgate Beach & the very cute, fun Mamahune tiki bar. Great to have two lanais and two bathrooms as well! A few things could’ve been more perfect, dropped a line to the managers, nothing a big enough deal to call at the time. Overall fabulous spot, would stay again!

This property on the east side of Lihue is situated centrally for wherever you would want to go on the island. It has a spectacular sunrise view with a paved walking trail running along the beach. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need to get you started. Only negative was there is no A/C which made is slightly uncomfortable during the day. But, with the windows open and fans on at night we slept comfortably.

We were very pleased with the accommodations! The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The view of the ocean from the balconies was stunning - we enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning. The beach is very soft sand and felt secluded. It is probably a 1/4 mile walk at most from the unit to the beach access path.

This condo was exactly as pictured and had many of the conveniences we were looking for. The location is excellent as it is only about 15 min from the airport in one direction, and 15 min to Wal-Mart, Target, and Costco. Driving north wasn’t terribly far either. There is a beautiful park about a 10 min walk away with a lovely rocked in swimming area. The grounds are beautiful. The only drawback is the lack of air conditioning. We borrowed a third fan and were able to make do, but with days in the 80’s and nights in the 70’s, and even with a breeze, the second bedroom especially was pretty warm. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time in this condo in Kauai. We would definitely want to stay there again, especially in cooler weather.

This condo was an excellent location for our time on Kauai. It was clean and exactly as described. The beach and sunrises were our favorite part. We had one thing break and I was a little unsure who to or how to contact, but once I figured it out, the staff took care of it. We would absolutely love to return!

Great location, condo was clean and well appointed. We had zero issues, so did not communicate with the property management after check-in, but did enjoy our stay very much. Dinner on the lanai was a family favorite, the view is incredible for sunrises, and the breeze through the home from the ocean was a highlight of our stay. It was very hot, which we knew going in, so the fans were a lifesaver at night. We did not use the pool at all, but the beach at this location is not usable. It's beautiful to look at and to watch the sunrise from, but you can't swim here. With that being said, you are a 2 minute drive from Lydgate Beach, which is one of the best on the island for families, and the condo has a ton of beach equipment, including chairs, snorkels, boogie boards, etc. This is a huge plus! This was our second trip to Kauai and this location is great. Easy access to the airport, split halfway between the north shore and south shore, and is much more reasonably priced than some of the other towns on the island. Thanks for a great stay!

The location was outside of town so it was quiet, except for the wind/waves. The only challenge to get use to was no AC and the roosters, but that is a part of the experience. It was close to some of our activities and the airport and had a great time.

Overall, we loved the condo. Beautiful ocean view, comfortable beds and very clean. Some maintenance issues...towel rack in master bath kept falling off the wall; ceiling fan in the guest bedroom is loud and "buzzing". Other than that we absolutely loved it and would highly recommend!

Property is very good with new appliances and recent renovations. Ocean view from the lanai is also a bonus! Well equipped with boogie boards and beach chairs. Pool is excellent as it is heated. Nice to have sufficient garbage bags and dishwasher tabs for our entire stay! The gift for anything that was missing for our stay was a nice touch! We were fortunate that someone chased the roosting chickens out of the trees outside our bedroom! Reduced early morning noise significantly. Location next to Lydgate Park is nice but a long walk for any restaurants or shopping. Property Manager was very responsive and easy to work with!

This condo provided the perfect location for our family of 4 to explore Kauai and experience its many amazing offerings. It's easy to go west, south or north from here in a short time so you can experience the diverse landscapes and activities. Highlights included kayaking, hiking, surfing and a boat tour. During our down time the unit provided a great respite with terrific amenities, an incredible view and easy beach access. Thanks for providing such a top notch spot--we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay, everything is as advertised. The property and pool area is very well maintained, the grounds staff were there daily. The complex is very quiet and the area in general is very quiet compared to north and south shores. Beautiful morning sunrises and beach strolls. The unit had everything we needed to cook basics and pack picnic lunches. The bed was comfortable and the washer/dryer worked well. Only complaint from the teenager is the roosters waking her up (they are everywhere 24hrs a day). The lack of air conditioning wasn't a problem, except we had a rainy stretch and the humidity was very high and everything felt damp all the time. I'd highly recommend this property.
