« The staff was excellent in the front and they approved my reservation on Expedia to be canceled as I needed. I had reserved a week out and I needed the room the moment I was there in the front. The manager booked the reservation for me that night and I had somewhere to stay without getting double booked. I will continue to stay here every weekend I come to San Antonio, Texas! »

« Hôtel choisi pour une nuit en famille, dans une chambre de deux lit plus un canapé lit. C’est dommage car on sent que peu de choses pourrait rendre le séjour plus agréable. Cet hôtel est en effet un peu vieillot, mais il a une piscine plutôt sympa. Améliorer la propreté des chambres serait un vrai plus . C’est étonnant car c’est quand même un hôtel du groupe Mariott. »

« When I arrived, the lady at the front desk was nice but was on FaceTime the entire time. I tried my best to stay the night but eventually left to stay somewhere else. The curtains were damaged, the sink was not entirely clean & when I got in the shower the faucet pulled out of the wall and their was still hair on the walls from the previous person.
