Mais… secteur pas terrible, petit déjeuner gratuit, mais très limité. Pendant tout mon séjour (5 nuits), la machine de jus ne marchait pas et qualité très bof. « The AC had a good range of cool/warm and strength of breeze. The period I stayed there was unusually cool for May, so I turned up the room temp and had a great sleep. The pillows came with 3 different softness and bulks, which was nice. The shower was hot enough and the stream was strong enough although I've had it better elsewhere. The only disappointment for me was the really basic breakfast: pre-packaged cupcakes, oranges, and tea/coffee. »

« The customer service is unfriendly. No one said "good morning" when they saw us in the morning, coming down the stairs or entering the hotel etc. At late check in we were asked for a $100 CASH deposit that was never mentioned beforehand. I verified with another staff member the day after who said I did not need to pay that. Which led me to believe it was a scam. We got sick during the stay because of the AC unit that smelled like mold and humidity. Not to mention that water literally was...

« If I could give zero stars I would. Property looks nothing like pictures. Dirty, floor was soaking wet. They do not honor online prices and added room fees for being under $50. Charge $5 for using a card to pay. Wouldn't even give us an extra pillow. Terrible. Terrible »

« Such a comfortable stay for my family of four. The breakfast was plentiful each day with a nice variety of food. We did not do drinks of appetizers in the evening but have no doubt it was as good as breakfast. We like that parking was gated and only for guests. The rooms were nice and cool and it was quiet at night time even though the hotel was full. Priscilla at the front desk was helpful and since a room was available we were able to check in two hours early to rest up for an evening...

« Everything from room service staff to the amazing lady at the bistro. Were amazing. Sergio was probably the best manager I have met so far. We like the place so much so that upon our weekly or so return we will only stay here. We would highly recommend this to all of our friends traveling to San Antonio. Thanks very much you guys. »
