First of all, I very honored to check in and welcome for you upon your arrival, about hotel executive room could enjoy Executive Lounge benefits all day, we appreciated you access to lounge and feedback your experience to us, we trust you enjoy there during your stay such as 'Happy Hour' (operation time 6pm-8pm), beside our Executive Lounge Operation time is 6 am - 11 pm, at this time you can order tea or coffee by anytime.
However, we also welcome you to come back our hotel again in the near future. Meanwhile, I will check in for you and welcome you in the lobby by personal. I trust we will do the best under your promote.
