« How would you rate an hotel that cancels your reservation behind your back and blames Expedia for it? We booked the Seawatch and paid in full on July 24. Imagine this... You just drove 1000 miles to get to the Wyndham Seawatch Resort and it is 9pm. Hurricane Ian just struck. The hotel staff first tells you they don't find your reservation, then finds it when you provide the number, only to tell you that Expedia cancelled it. « Wonderful room and property location. My issue is with check in. After you check in, provide your card/id, they redirect you to the "concierge desk" to get your key, forcing you to be pitched on time share deals. The young man started by asking me if I had a husband!!! All I wanted was to get my key. He went on to be combative, implying I overpaid for the current trip I was on, and made it clear this was how he made his money.
