« Overall, the Grove Park Inn is a very nice hotel. However, be aware that what you see online isn't what you get. We were extremely upset to be told that the beautiful indoor/outdoor pool featured prominently in photos would cost us an extra $500 per day to use and we would have to take a shuttle bus to another pool half a mile away! « We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left.
