We love the historic look of the Balsam mountain Inn, we learned that it changed ownership a few years back and the new owners are looking to preserve the classic look that appeals to everyone so much. « We loved our stay at the residences, the unit was incredibly spacious with a stone fireplace, full kitchen, living room, separate bedroom with a king bed, jacuzzi tub and a full shower as well as a balcony and hardwood floors. It was very quiet and tucked away. We didn’t use the heated pool or hot tub but it is definitely a nice option and the price was unbelievable. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Four star rating definitely earned… it is like being inside a bigger version of a cruise ship without all the people. Staff is very friendly. The only glitch is the pro shop opening almost 30 minutes late. The team handling the carts including the starter but very apologetic so it took the sting off… will definitely stay here again! »
