« Stayed for one night in a spotlessly clean modern bedroom in this very old hotel. The only things that let it down were lack of private parking, a very small en-suite and no hand soap. »

« Wonderful room, very spacious and cool. Yes air conditioning goes a long way these days for the beginning of an English summer. Breakfast was also quite nice, it was freshly cooked and generous. If I’m ever headed down this way again, I’ll be sure to stay again. »

« Chambre au dessus du pub donc très bruyant jusqu a 23h30. Chambre qui donne sur la route bcp de passage. Avons demandé de changer mais pas possible. Pas de cb obligé d aller retirer du cash. La nuit on entend les bruits de frigos. »

« We had an excellent stay. The girls working there when we arrived late were brilliant. They made us some sandwiches even though the restaurant had closed and nothing was too much trouble. Best service we have had in a long time. »

« An historic property in the heart of the tourist area. Beautiful streets, buildings and pubs. Great breakfast options, 5 lb full English or continental delivery to room door. Lovely staff, nice room. And a pub right downstairs! »

« The service was great and the locationanazing. The walls however were very thin and we could hear all the noise from the pub and the kitchen downstairs in the morning. Also there was an emergency exit light in the room which was very large and therefore it lit the whole room up and disturbed our sleep. »

« We enjoyed a good stay at the hotel. It was well situated for our trip to Malvern Spring Flower Show. The staff were lovely and the food was good pub food. We particularly enjoyed the steak night which was excellent. Breakfasts were tailored to us individually, were well cooked and good sized portions. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Property fine though bathroom bin not been emptied, the owners two daschunds below us did not stop yapping and so we cut our stay short and came home a day early. NOT A PEACEFUL GETAWAY. »
