« This place was great for our recent family vacation. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with 2 small kids, and very comfortable beds. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. Communication with the owner was fantastic, and check-in and check-out were both super easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and easily accessible to I-40. There are good food options just one exit away in either direction on the interstate. »

« If you are even remotely thinking of staying at this property, DO IT! We were intrigued by the idea of staying in an old railway car, but the experience far exceeded our expectations. The grounds around the rail-car were spectacular. Gardens, flowers, fish-pond, and an exceptional fire-pit. We were in town for a show at a local music/food venue called The Shed, but were also able to fit in a few hikes at nearby Cades Cove. An all round spectacular weekend. « This property was pretty much perfect for my staying during the work week! The neighborhood is conveniently located close to downtown and UT’s campus even during rush hour traffic, right off Chapman Hwy but you feel like you’re out in the country with all of the mature trees and the little pond nearby. You can’t even hear traffic noise because it’s drowned out by pleasant cricket music. This house would be IDEAL to book for a football weekend or other multi-day visit to UT as it sleeps up to 4...
