« The host was very accommodating to us and we appreciate his kindness very much. The house has lovely big rooms. We did feel that the heating system was not well-balanced (upstairs was very warm, main floor was cool, and lower level was unusable because of the cold. Various other things need attention: loose door knob, “singing” toilets, non-functioning RO system. But none of that kept us from having a great time. »

« We had a great time in this beautiful house. The magnificent photos are for once below reality. (very modern house, with nice spaces and fully furnished) The kitchen was very well equipped and very clean. There is a huge grill. We were able to enjoy the outdoor facilities: the hot pot and the much appreciated fireplace. The rooms, all with bathroom, delighted us because. we slept very well. The place is very quiet facing nature and little rabbits. For a quiet hollyday, nothing better. »

« The property was so well equipped for our stay. Owner was very helpful in reaching out to answer questions and offer suggestions for our stay. We were close to downtown Galena to go out to dinner, ski at Chestnut Mountain, enjoyed the owners club pool and the hot tub was a nice bonus at the house. Lots of supplies like towels, cooking and bedding provided. We could not have enjoyed our stay more and would definitely stay again! »
