The hotel is known for its value for money and to ensure we provide the best possible service. Located less then a mile away from the city centre it makes the hotel a prime location for guests visiting Leicester.
Offering: restaurant, Wi-Fi and FREE parking, I am glad to read we met your expectations and although you will not be visiting us again in Leicester I am sure our Hotels in the UK will be of great value, should you wish to stay there.

I am sorry to hear that you experienced some issues with the room type on check in.
We ask that guests contact us directly if they require an accessible room to prevent situations such as this, as online you cannot book an accessible room, this has to be specifically allocated by reception staff at the hotel.
Guests' are responsible for their own reservation and we always say that contacting the hotel directly is the best way to communicate so that there is no misunderstanding and we can ensure a smooth check-in process.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to read that you were disappointed by your recent visit.
On this occasion the staff member informed you that all of the bed linen is cleaned by a company external to the hotel and that all of the sheets would be the same as they are all cleaned in the same chemicals.
You were also informed that this is why we would not be changing your room as it would not benefit yourself however you insisted on new sheets, which were provided for you.
We appreciate your feedback and we hope you had a lovely time in Leicester.

I have taken on board your comments about traffic noise through the night. We operate as a 24 hour hotel with a receptionist always on shift to make sure the hotel is safe and protected. As we are situated on an estate we do get traffic passing to surrounding businesses at all times of the day/night. I do hope this has not put you off from staying again in the future.
