Located in a peaceful neighborhood just **15 minutes from Downtown Asheville**, **12 minutes from West Asheville**, **14 minutes from the River Arts District**, and about **20 minutes from the Biltmore Estate**, Rose Cottage offers a peaceful place to relax while staying close to everything the area has to offer.

Self Check-In: Enjoy a smooth arrival with self check-in using your own personalized keypad code. Free parking is available for up to two vehicles, and you’ll have exclusive access to the entire cottage and outdoor living spaces throughout your stay.

Bedroom: Designed with a great night’s sleep in mind, the bedroom features a king-size memory foam mattress with soft linens and a selection of pillows, including cooling memory foam options. Blackout curtains with privacy shades, a ceiling fan, USB charging stations on both nightstands, and a sound machine help create a peaceful retreat. You’ll also find a dresser, full-length mirror, spacious closet, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets.

Kitchen: Whether you’re preparing a full meal or a quick breakfast before heading out, the fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. It features quartz countertops, a propane gas range, microwave, air fryer, toaster, cookware, dishes, and cooking essentials. The coffee bar includes a Keurig Duo with complimentary Starbucks coffee (ground and K-Cups), a variety of teas, creamers, hot chocolate, an electric kettle, bottled water, complimentary snacks, and basic cooking oils and seasonings.

Living Room: After a day exploring Asheville, settle into the cozy living room with a leather sofa that converts into a queen-size sleeper, a comfortable swivel chair, and a Smart TV with Roku Guest Mode. You’ll also find cozy throw blankets, card games, board games, and a small selection of children’s books and toys for younger guests.

Workspace: If you’re working remotely, you’ll appreciate the dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi and a convenient charging station.

Bathroom: The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, makeup towels, a hair dryer, and thoughtful essentials to help you pack a little lighter.

Front Porch: Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the covered front porch, complete with a porch swing and rocking chairs. Surrounded by seasonal flowers, a solar fire bowl, and slight mountain views, it’s the perfect place to relax and slow down.

Back Deck: Spend your evenings on the private back deck featuring comfortable swivel chairs, a propane fire pit, propane grill, outdoor dining area, and bistro lights. Whether you’re grilling dinner or enjoying a quiet evening by the fire, this space was made for unwinding.

Family-Friendly Amenities: Families are welcome! Rose Cottage is best suited for families with younger children (generally under age 12) due to its cozy size and layout. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to four guests with a king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. A Graco Pack ‘n Play with bassinet attachment is available upon request, and you’ll also find a small selection of children’s books and toys to help make your stay a little easier.
