There was also parking on site which was great Location is very convenient for getting around, we were a short walk to all the great things that downtown had to offer. The owner was great and extremely friendly. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Asheville! »

« We were not able to use the hot tub due to there not being enough water, which was a bummer. The hot tub appeared old and not very clean. Water pressure is not great if you want a good shower. The fireplace from the pictures didn't work either. I never heard back from the host after I messaged them about the hot tub. For the price, you might as well get a hotel with a working hot tub and good shower. »

« The host is great! The home is rustic and met our needs for a place to sleep, shower, and sit around in the evening. My opinion, it's perfect for 1-4 people. The ride up the mountain is definitely and interesting one. We had two Jeeps so we were fine but there are a couple areas that are not paved. I would rent this property again since the host was attentive and was easy to contact. »

« We have rented for many years. Homes, cabins, etc. This cottage was outstanding. We were perfectly happy with the stay. Very clean. Everything seemed to be new. Privacy fence around the entire backyard, which was great for us as well as the dog. Near enough to downtown but approx. 3/4 mile or more to walk. All level walking area, but the heat can take its toll. There is plenty of parking in town, so if walking is an issue I suggest the short drive. The owners of the cottage were available at all...
