« We arrived to location office was closed. We went back to reservation and had to call. Apparently the system did not book it correctly or something. We did get a room but not the one we reserved. My only issues were it was super hot and took about 2 hours to really cool down. Having to have a code to go up and down elevator was a pain and the floors in the apartment were dirty. There was also only 1 TV with external Roku- which was fine but was not able to turn it off or volume controls without...

« Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. « The basement apartment was cute and nice sufficient if you want to do minimal cooking. Note this is a basement apartment with a family of young children above. It was loud you can hear everything. Loud even after/before the set quiet time that was asked of us and we were told they would also honor the times. So just be advised. If you do not care then this is a nice place to stay, great location, lots of things nearby. »
