Thank you for taking time out to review our property. We consider guest feedback essential to improving our experiences. I regret to note that your experience with us was not upto the benchmarks we have set for ourselves in terms of The Abduz experience. We have in fact discussed your case at length and would like to give our point of view in this regard. You had made an online reservation on 29th Mar 2021 and were due to check-in on 03rd April 2021. The reservation which you have made was on single occupancy. But at the time of arrival we have observed total four persons are going to occupy the room. We have brought the same to your notice and we have done our best in offering you very special price for all occupants in the same room. But the same was refused by you and wanted to occupy the room at same single occupancy tariff. And the second option we have offered you to change the occupants through the online channel you booked. But that also was refused by you. We truly understand your frustration. But as a hotel we have to follow our standard operating procedure too. Let me assure you that our decision was not taken without consideration or thought. We wish to conclude by thanking you once more for your feedback and hope to make it up to you on your next visit. We look forward to welcoming you again at our hotel.
