My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Black Swan Inn. The hotel was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, and the dinner at the Indian restaurant was delicious! Being right on the lake made for a very relaxing time reading in the Adirondack chairs. We also very much enjoyed kayaking around the lake. We will be back!

Our room was on the lake and had a nice deck where we could relax with a beer purchased (very cheap!) from the front reception area. Also the Indian restaurant was excellent with ample portions. And because it's in MA, everything was ADA accessible which made it feel inclusive to all. Some guest had their dogs with them but the place was very clean even with pets.

My husband and I are so happy we chose to stay here. The lake view is so lovely. The room is bright clean and cheery. The in room fireplace made it so cozy ✨ Another wonderful part of our stay was enjoying our delicious Indian food dinner in the restaurant on the premises that overlooks the lake. Quaint hotel in a convenient area to shops, restaurants, etc. Have stayed here twice-once in a lakeside room, once on street side. I would highly recommend the lakeside, beautiful view and seemed quieter on that side. A spacious modern breakfast area overlooking the lake was a great way to start the morning!

The Black Swan Inn was clean and a convenient location in the Berkshires. The rooms had a frig and Keurig Machine for coffee. Love that I received a text letting us know our room was ready.

Exceeded expectations. The staff was so friendly and the hotel itself was quiet. Breakfast was very good and covered the basics. Love that they had free tea and a coffee machine that makes specialty drinks like lattes and cappuccinos. Would definitely come back! The Indian restaurant within the property was also excellent and the food was very good. If you are doubting booking this place, stop! Book it right now! :)

The location is just perfect. The hotel is clean, safe and staff is very accommodating and hospitable. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned and very well maintained. There is free breakfast (good and fresh) in the morning and free coffee machine available 24/7 along with MINT Indian restaurant whose food is really good. My stay here was very comfortable and i really enjoyed it and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Berkshire!

This clean, comfortable quiet hotel is well-located for visitors to Stockbridge, Lenox and Lee. Staff was professional but friendly. Breakfast was modest but sufficiently varied and was included in the reasonable room rate.

This place exceeded our expectation for the affordable price! The rooms were very nice, looks like the whole place was recently updated. Because they have an Indian restaurant on site with a bar, they also offer alcohol with room service! Views of the lake from the breakfast room were gorgeous! The staff were very friendly. I got a check-in text that allowed me to easily let them know that I needed a late check-in which they accommodated. I will definitely be staying here again if I return to the area!
