Central, confortable mais plutôt une location
La maison est centrale, mais sur une zone ZTL, donc louer le parking peut être intéressant, si l'on souhaite rester une journée entière. La chambre est propre et calme, par contre il s'agit plus de chambres airbnb, car il n'ya pas ou peu de réception, et un contact humain réduit. Cela nous a un peu étonné.

Le petit week-end
L’appartement est vraiment très bien placé. il est propre, comfortable et bien aménagé. Vous êtes à 5 minutes de tout, en prime une boutique, avec des belles choses, pour se faire plaisir, juste en face du l’appartement. L'accueil a été parfaite. On nous a conseillé le restaurant, que nous avons adoré.

We enjoyed staying at this property that was a short walk to all of the major sights in Lecce. The room was fabulous and well set up with everything you need. My only detractor is that the shower needed a deep clean and bleach to get rid of some stubborn discoloring in the corners.

A two star hotel despite claiming they are more. A bit run down and less than we expected from the reviews. Would not stay here again.

Rude host, location is good.
Check in agent Marco is rude to guests. He accused me of making a “fuss” when I politely inquired about possibly retrieving some expensive personal toiletries left behind - realized the next day. I understand if they had been thrown away, but he was rude and cocky. He also told he “look, I have three properties to manage when I addressed being locked out in the street at check in Another guest and I were talking and he was also rude to him.

Er, serious? to be honest I was very happy you were my guest as everyone of course but .. seriously? such a thing has never happened before, you called me very worried the next day, because you had forgotten something so precious .. HOTEL BATH SHOWER 😰, I repeat for the third time .. but seriously? I would have been a bit ashamed to write such a thing, you were at 15min in a seaside resort and the bed that hosted you did not have shampoo in the room you were alarmed and in addition you asked me if I could meet you with the car ? I obviously mentioned the speech of having other facilities to make you understand that in the hotel there is everything and I am the first to keep everything and deliver through without ever wanting money in exchange for shipping, it was obvious we had thrown in the dustbin, what did you expect? almost every day our customers leave shower gel, shampoo etc ... if it was something precious or of value we would certainly keep aside and we would also have shipped Ps: I have not been rude nor presumptuous with her nor am I never with any customer and also for this reason I have given her breakfast without reason not having it included, the gentleman to whom I had replied was a neighbor of mine who wanted to move the car then yes in that case was annoyed 😅 (better to laugh than cry for certain comments) Marco

Perfekte Lage - komfortabel - empfehlenswert
Perfekte Lage! Komfortabel und die Schallisolierung ist wirklich beeindruckend. Tolles Bad, Dusche mit super Wasserdruck👌. Wir konnten mit dem Auto bis zur Unterkunft fahren,Gepäck ausladen und danach in 300 Meter Entfernung in eine abschliessbare Garage stellen. Der Manager hat uns begleitet und in seinem Auto zurück zur Unterkunft gefahren 👍. Schönes Rooftop. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Lecce ist eine schöne, saubere und lebensfrohe Stadt, absolut eine Reise wert! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

My friend and I found this great place a few hours before we decided to go to the town of Lecce- and it was a great find! Marco met us at the front desk and was very helpful! our room was nice and comfortable- and the place was right inside the old town- great to walk everywhere and enjoy the charm of the city. They also have a nice rooftop terrace. I would definitely recommend Dimora San Biagio!

Great location in the old part of Lecce. We were able to walk to all the historical sights we wanted to visit. The room was spacious and very clean. We particularly appreciated the towel warmer since we were travelling in April and the weather was still quite cool. For breakfast we were given vouchers for a nearby cafe. Mondays, however the cafe is closed and the hotel provided us with breakfast. They went out of their way to accommodate my gluten intolerance, providing me with many options, both sweet and savoury. It was much appreciated.

Dimora San Biahio è incantevole, arredamento e servizi nuovissimi e ben tenuti. Pulizia ai massimi livelli. Personale disponibile. Si trova in zona ZTL dalle ore 21 quindi se ci sono borse e cose da scaricare, meglio arrivare prima. Nei paraggi, fuori dalla zona a traffico limitato, ci sono parcheggi gratuiti e a pagamento.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Ottima posizione (centrale). Struttura nuovissima. Camere grandi e dotate di comfort. Non c'è parcheggio e quindi occorre parcheggiare a 300/400 mt. dall'albergo se sei fortunato a trovarlo. Buona colazione all'italiana (cornetti di pasticceria e il mitico pasticciotto leccese). Qualche sorrisino in più da parte del personale sarebbe opportuno.
