A fun old friends reunion
This house was incredibly cute and extremely close to everything! We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the house was, it was even better than the picture! However, the listing said that the house slept 8 which is how many of us there were. We explored the town and had a great time, enjoyed the amenities only to discover that the pullout bed which was supposed to sleep the seventh and eighth person was completely caved in and un-usable. Turns out the house only sleeps 6 comfortably and 2 people had to sleep on the couch. This was a bummer as we all expected to sleep comfortable and have a comfy girls getaway. Good thing we had a twin air mattress in our car for one person but for two people the sleeping situation was no better than camping. Other than the beds we absolutely loved the home and if this issue is fixed we would absolutely return to this stay again!

Hey Olivia So glad you had a great time and you enjoyed the house. Will look into the sofa bed. No one has reported that to date, so I’ll get on that right away. Yep the house is listed for sleeping eight it states in the accommodation that there’s three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Again, thanks for staying with us and glad you had a great time. Rob. PS. Walkable and Cozy!
Charming house about a block from town. Owner was easy to communicate with and the house is so cozy. Appreciated extra towels and the ability to use the hot tub. Great for kids and couples. We even had a family of deer visit every morning!

Leavenworth in December
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our winter get away. Close enough to town that we could walk instead of drive. Cooked as many meals as possible in the well equipped kitchen. We are looking forward to our spring trip. Rob is a great host. He sent us a message shortly after we left to let us know we had left behind a stuff Christmas toy for our grandson who was with us. Fortunately we hadn’t got very far, turned around and went back for the toy. We had one happy little boy on the way back.

Great location
We were within walking distance from everywhere we wanted to visit/go. Nice, clean home. Snow was shoveled in the morning. We had a friendly debate whether glassware should be stored upright or upside down. A handheld mirror in the bathrooms would be handy for those of us who would like to see our hair. Fun weekend! Fantastic Location!
Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Haus! Was a perfect location being a very short walk into the center of downtown Leavenworth. Also very handy having a grocery store that is literally right out the front door. More importantly for me was the Tesla Supercharger station in the parking lot as well. Older house but perfect location for our family and definitely loved the hot tub! Will look to book again! B.Fernie(South Surrey)

Perfect place
This is our second time staying at this house, we love it for many reasons but top two reasons are location is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and the hot tub is great! We would book this again when visiting Leavenworth.

Fun bday weekend in Leavenworth
We had a great weekend with family ages 5-64. We enjoyed the location, walking into town, the lights and sledding. One day skiing at Stevens, one day snowshoeing near Icicle Creek. Hot tub at night! Perfect for us. Be aware only sleeps 8 if someone sleeps in living room pull out.

Great rental!
This house was perfect for our needs. The location was great, very close to all the towns activities. I have already referred this rental to several people and will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Feels neglected
This place was really disappointing overall. The carpet (and most of the house) was grimy. Lots of dust, sticky floors, etc. The nonstick pots were very scratched up and kitchen utensils were in poor shape. All the beds were very uncomfortable. The tub in upstairs bathroom said not currently working but parts had been ordered to fix it. Tv remote had a broken button so couldn't use right arrow. The lock on the front door was tough to lock behind us so we used the backdoor when leaving; the lock also rotated in the door so not sure how secure it was. There were some seasonings but some had expired in 2017- just toss them. The place just feels like it's being neglected and could use some love or at least someone that will take care of their rental. Positives: close to town; hot tub worked; nice sized dining table; washer & dryer worked; easy check out.

Octoberfest stay
Very clean, spacious place with comfortable beds!! The owner got back to very quickly when I had questions and was personable. There was 6 of us that stayed and none of us had any complaints. It was just a short lil walk to the main shops downtown but far enough away we didnt have to listen to all the noise once back at the house!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Leavenworth Fun!
We LOVED the property and location. It felt like we were tucked into the woods, but walking distance to Front Street was so nice and easy. We definitely want to return to enjoy this property again!

Lication, location, location!
This house is older but updated and very well maintained. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 3 friends who wanted to shop, eat and walk back and forth to drop off our treasures. Grocery store across the street. Drive in, park your car and get in it again when you leave.

Leavenworth Trip 2023
It was just as advertised, no hidden surprises. Perfect location to walk to the Bavarian village area. Even though it was on a street it was pretty quiet overall. The kids had fun in the hot tub and there were tons of big trees surrounding the property making it feel secluded. Would definitely stay again!

Fun Time
It was fun, clean and roomy. Easy to check in and out. Easy to find things. Only issue I have is there is no light on the bedroom balcony. It looks like the wiring was never completed. My adult daughter stepped out not being able to see the step and hurt her ankle and leg.

GREAT LOCATION
The location is amazing. When the kids were done shopping they could walk back to the house. Easy access to the River and fruit stands and the Reindeer Farm we’re only minutes to drive to. The host was great with communication.

Really well appointed and resourced. Perfect for our family stay. Only thing, living room very dark as painted mustard yellow… duck egg blue bedrooms / bathrooms much nicer. Clear instructions for wifi, hot tub etc walk to shops, river, town… good value for money.

Best house of all! Our other family so jealous. Hung out at our place!
So much to say!!! Kitchen stocked amazing, fruit bowl and platter a plus after visiting the farmers market! Indoor & outdoor dishes (great for the BBQ!). I made sun tea in the provided pitcher! Such privacy in front and back yard compared to our other families rental houses in Leavenworth. Seating areas shady in their time of day. So relaxing to chill outside and read a book. Hot tub towels, bedding soft and clean, should sleep 10 honesty. Although I think the downstairs is a full bed. Close to everything. Literally did not have to drive anywhere for our 3 night stay. Shopping so close by, all the food you could dream up! 7 of us so two bathrooms amazing! Wish jets in tub worked, but after a day on the Wenatchee river I soaked anyway, jets or not! Washer, dryer, iron and board (for wedding clothes). Balcony so peaceful. Grocery store across the street. Essentials provided. +Some. Wish KCUP coffee maker was available, but we just bought beans, grinder included in cabinet. AC units cool house perfectly! (Drapes drawn as instructed) Will absolutely book this house again on our next trip to Leavenworth! Host extremely responsive. My granddaughters loved the trees in the yard, that pine is gorgeous and we are from Idaho!

Gateway to the Enchantments
The house fit our needs very well and is located in a very good location. It was very clean and comfortable. The owner is very responsive, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely try to rent again!

Great house. Great location.

Hey Tom. So glad you all had a good time. I was in the house just after you left and I did not notice an odor in the area you reference. I checked the hot water heater closest (under the stairs) and there were no water leaks or odor in the house or outside. We do have wildlife in the area (deer, raccoons, and skunks) there might have been an outside visitor? Thanks for staying with us. Rob

Great location. Should have been cleaner
Location close to town and across the street from store. Decor is up to date. Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed. Downstairs toilet needs repair, unsteady. There were half used toilet paper rolls but not enough for 8. Plenty of towels. Upstairs bathroom is beautiful ans a shower us great but the jetted tube was "under repair". The bedrooms were a filthy!! 2nd bedroom upstairs: bed was comfortable but linens were not cleaned and garbage was left under the bed. Downstairs bedroom: filthy! There was garbage, socks,water bottles and black cobwebs under the bed. This house needs a deep cleaning.

Good time!
Had a good time with our family, house was close to food and shops, owners were fast to reply and easy to work with and the house itself could use a deep cleaning and a handy person as there were multiple little issues that need to be fixed.

The ideal Leavenworth location!
Our stay was great! The house is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown Leavenworth and the river. Great little backyard area, house was well stocked and had everything we needed. Host was great!

Location was great. Check in easy.
Great location. Easy check in. Master bedroom door would not latch which was a bummer since I had a baby I was trying to keep noise down during a nap. A few bathroom doors had issues with latching also. Other than that everything was great.
