"This was a great light & spacious apartment, very clean & well appointed. Loved the mezzanine bedroom. Had the advantage of double glazing which was a must for us at night as it is a vibrant city into the small hours. The views of the square & the marina were amazing & it was a a great base to explore Marseille by foot & by boat. The host kept in touch & made the whole process of arriving & leaving very smooth. "It was our 1st time in Aix-en-Provence, and we didn't know what to expect regarding the city and moving around. We searched for a clean place with a kitchenette and parking facilities, so we could drive to different places. This hotel is not centric to the city, as it would take about 10-15 minutes driving by some backroads to get to the center of Aix and then finding a parking garage nearby. Rooms are kind of small. There is not an elevator, so the luggage has to be lifted through the stairs....
