« Would Not RecommendI rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this apartment was deeply unsatisfactory. The most troubling issue was that a member of staff entered the apartment while we were staying there. When I confronted him directly, he apologised, but when I reported the incident to the office, they insisted that they had only notified us (via email during our stay) that someone would be accessing the exterior of the property — not the interior.
