« Absolutely terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. Despite having a reservation, I was denied access to the motel. Instead of trying to help or offer any reasonable solution, the staff were incredibly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Their attitude toward customers was unacceptable and showed a total lack of respect. I was left to find another hotel at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress and additional expenses.
