This is not a 5 star hotel. You have to walk to the first floor to get ice. They don’t leave bottles of water in the room. We were all inclusive but had to work for anything we got. I had to call the 3rd day and ask them to clean. We left for like an hour or two yet the maid was there when we got back. So we had to wait. The lay out was not good and no map given. We came to this city before and stayed at a 4 star hotel and had no issues. We should went back to that hotel.
