« The home was very nice, lots of room and bathrooms, the ocean views and sunsets spectacular, easy access to the beach and the hot tub was wonderful. the game was fun and the bbq worked great. The kitchen was really well equipped and a set up for many people. The neighborhood was quiet and parking was easy. »

« Beautiful gem of house tuck away in the hills. It was very spacious, very clean. We loved all the artwork and design that went into the place - truly amazing.The garage was an added plus and kept our car clean during some storm time. We had such a great time on our Birthday/Anniversary trip, and we definitely recommend this house. « Beautiful location, stairs right to the river from the backyard. Cozy bedrooms and living room excellent for movie nights. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and a solid coffee maker. Hot tub was very nice and clean for cold mornings and nights.Quick walk or drive to the Monte Rio beach, Boho Manor for dinner and drinks, Monte Rio Redwoods Trailhead for hiking.Definitely recommend! »

« Wonderful Bayfront home. There's so much included in the house that you don't want for anything. The enclosed yard and playhouse are just perfect for kids as well as the toys inside the house. The waterfront is right across the street. Restaurants and wine tasting are close by, actually you can walk to one of the wine places. Bodega Dunes State Park is right behind the property as well. My family and I love it there. Jodie is a wonderful host and very responsive. Thank you! »

« Perfect place for couples. The bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. Nice location, with many of Sanoma's best restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. Parking was very convenient. Overall the place is very cozy. »
