We are continually working on the Hotel to improve all facets of our operations, and we hope to see you again soon! Especially with the warmer months approaching, there is so much to see and do around Launceston and we'd love to share that with you.

Thank you for your review.
The nightclub does not operate every night, and some rooms are not affected by it. We recommend contacting the hotel to discuss the possibility of the nightclub operating within the premises, and of it causing disturbance, prior to making a reservation.
We do not ask guests for a deposit upon arrival.

Sorry to hear that the noise was an issue, we have been fully booked for the last month and unfortunatly that means a lot of people in the hotel.
