Ohne Auto die Umgebung zu erkunden ist nicht so einfach, aber machbar. Ein Bus fährt mehrmals am Tag von Trevone ab. Es war ein schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. »

« A beautiful little cottage, which was really well equipped, we had everything we could need, especially as the weather wasn’t kind ! A lovely hamper to greet us with homemade DELICIOUS jam; and even treats for our dogs… Lesley and James are close by should you need anything & they even helped us out with a pot of sugar that we’d forgotten… Polperro is a MUST visit nearby, beautiful little fishing village with some lovely shops and restaurants…. « The property is very well maintained and the owners are very helpful and friendly. The cottage itself has all the amenities, is very well furnished and ideally located. Parking facilities are within 150 metres and the beach, pubs/restaurants are a couple of minutes walk. « The house is nicely decorated and was very clean. We only had to get rid of a large number of spiders, but that was due to our arachnophobia. It is a place where one can really calm down and relax and it´s great that dogs are allowed. We enjoyed walking along the coast and down to the "beach" where we saw some quite "dramatic" sunsets. The only downside was, that the 2 lower bedrooms were damp so that we needed to keep dehumidifiers running. But still one of the bedrooms had a quite unpleasant...

« Myself and my 2 children (10 &14) had a lovely stay at Rosie's cottage. The cottage was clean, beds were comfy, everything you need in the kitchen. The cream tea on arrival was a lovely touch. The swimming pool was a perfect temperature and could be used whenever we wanted. The peacocks in the garden kept my youngest occupied along with the trampoline. « Stayed in wheel lodge for a short 4 night stay in the Summer school holidays. Accommodation just right as a base for x 2 people and our dog. Good facilities and everything you needed for a short stay. Comfy and clean - there were a fair few well established cobwebs in the bedroom and flies, but this is to be expected in a working farm. « We spent a lovely week in Frogapits, despite it raining every day! The cottage is fantastic, centrally located to local pubs and restaurants, and within easy travel to many local attractions. Beautiful garden and really enjoyed the wood log burner for cozy evenings in. »

« Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
