A Beautiful Home for your Vacation Stay!
I booked this property for a family vacation for Las Vegas on Aug. 4th to Aug. 6th. The home is beautiful, clean and organized. The location of the property is ideal as it is only 15 mins from the Vegas strip and 13 mins to the Harry Reid Airport. Lots of restaurants and shopping locations in the area. The communication with the property owner (Rae) was responsive & timely. Check in/out process was seamless. I would recommend anyone visiting Las Vegas please do not hesitate to book this property rental. 10/10 rating. Thank You for your hospitality Rae :)

Great location.
Just as advertised! If you want to go to the strip but don’t want to be surrounded by waves of party goers this is the perfect location I think. Huge plus just blocks from great eats and a neighborhood Walmart. We lucked out. We got to attend the GV Knights’ victory / Stanley Cup parade. Thank you for sharing your property!

Great spot for us to stay for my parents anniversary - the beds were comfy, the covered back porch was great in the mornings and evenings, the house was in a great neighborhood where we felt safe, loved having fans and a humidifier and washer/dryer on hand, and after reaching out to the manager, we managed to figure out the thermostat to keep the temp at 72 for some good sleeps (thanks Rae!).

Perfect as usual
This is my second visit to sole addiction. My son and I drove here from LA to watch an Aerosmith concert. We stayed for 3 nights. This is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. It is about a 15 minute uber ride to the strip. The house is perfect. The most important amenities are all here: clean home, appliances, AC, coffee pot, quality wifi, and a large garage. The neighborhood is quiet, you have assured privacy. There is a touch of traffic noise if you are in the backyard. There appears to be an elaborate entertainment TV/stereo system, we didn't use it. The owner Rae is a nice person who responds to texts instantly. I plan on coming back here in the near future. Outstanding

The property was perfect for what we needed. A nice clean home in a quiet area with less street traffic than other areas of Vegas. We had one question for Rae when we arrived and she was very quick to respond. Will definitely stay here again when we come to Vegas.

Great property in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Had an issue with a stopped up sink that was addressed immediately. We came back exhausted each day and found the premises an excellent place to just relax and unwind with the comfortable recliners in front of the large screen TV. It would be nice to have some handy klenxes to not have to retrieve toilet paper to blow your nose. Other than that small inconvenience, it was awesome!!

Quiet and pretty good location
I never spoke to the "manager"...I only received a couple of canned emails. We were given the code to the garage and got in with ease. The place was in good shape and clean. The only thing I would say was that the thermostat was pre-set to 75 degrees using the hold function. I dialed it down to my desired temp and a short time later it would go back to the preset 75 degrees and get uncomfortable. Every morning and every time we returned later in the day it would be +75 degrees. I understand cooling is expensive, but we paid for it to be comfortable all the time. It is hard to sleep in a +75 degree house. The Point casino was nearby and a lot of fun.

I am happy this guest enjoyed their stay, and left me a message they would be happy to return. The cooling thermostat is not on a set temperature. It is a energy saving thermostat put on by the power company. During this stay there was an extreme heat warning, which the temperature reached 110+ degrees. the thermostat during extreme hot temperatures will adjust a degree or two during the hot part of the day, to lighten the load on the power company and avoid power outages. it never will adjust during the night. Anytime it does adjust, it can be adjusted manually back to desired temperature.

Rae made the check in process seamless. I arrived and the property was in great shape, very clean and nicely set up. I have everything I needed and really enjoyed my time there. My only slight observation was that the master bed was quite soft and bowed in the middle (but that could just be personal preference). Overall, I’d gladly stay here again.

The only cleaning that is asked upon check out is to clean up kitchen, do dishes or put dirty dishes in dishwasher and to put trash out in trash containers. These small little things are asked only to keep smells out of the house. All respectful guests will do these little things without even being asked.

Perfect Las Vegas home
Our family of 5 stayed at the home for a weekend. The house is about a 30 minute drive to the Strip. It is in a nice quiet subdivision type neighborhood. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. The air conditioner, wifi, and appliances worked well. The house has a large garage which I found quite unique for rental homes. We took Uber down to the strip and walked around the casinos. My teenage children loved the Strip. It was nice to come back to the peace and quiet of the house. There is a nice grocery store just down the street. The owner was easy to communicate work with. The house was exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend the home for a family visiting Las Vegas.

Great Place Away From the Strip
We have been to Vegas many times, as our son lives and works there. We usually stay down on The Strip, but this time we wanted something away from the action. This place was perfect. Vegas Family Visit
This property was a great location for visits with family in Henderson. The home was comfortable, clean and provided all the amenities for our 3 night stay. We did discover some minor maintenance issues but they did not negatively impact our stay. I simply communicated the issues with the property manager who was very responsive and helpful. Overall, this home met all our needs and helped us have a great weekend.

Renee was helpful in showing us the house whilst we were on another visit to Las Vegas .....
We knew what to expect.The one disappointment was that the backyard didn't have any sunny spots as it was designed for the hot summers with willow trees. The kitchen was fine with pretty well everything we needed.The beds (and pillows....rare we find) were comfortable although they were a bit high for older short people.(a step stool was available).The tv system was excellent thought out the house.There was plenty of seats although one of the sofas was past it's best. One piece of information Renee said she would address was the thermostat operational instructions....not as obvious as you would imagine. Location for us was good ...close the Southpoint casino. I give it three and a half stars .
